My name is Paulina, and I am a BA Film Studies and MA Media and Communications graduate.

I have joined SNTV, a sports agency in April 2022 as a Planning Assistant and then got promoted to Planning Coordinator after 5 months. One of my main responsibilities was to manage the satellite bookings for the editorial team, work on the coverage calendars and planners as well as sort the rota and holiday requests for the staff. I was also in charge of invoicing, working on the budget with the management as well as planning upcoming coverage in Europe and North America. 

 

In March 2024, I got promoted I oversee comprehensive client management, including the preparation of draft contracts and detailed reports. I provide strategic support to sales teams across Asia, Australia, and North America, playing a crucial role in budget preparation and negotiation of deals with new clients. Additionally, I ensure exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns from existing clients regarding coverage and other matters.

I was also a Social Media Marketing Intern. My job required me to manage social media channels, specifically Instagram and TikTok, regularly research new trends to attract audiences and create imagery and videos that result in sales growth and overall boost. I also supported administrative team, communicated with customers, managed deliveries and any other queries the management had.
